Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion accessories and branded tags are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
